Yes. Elite Builder Renovation is a State of Florida Certified General Contractor, licence number CGC1537676, and we carry insurance on every project. That licence is what lets us pull permits in our own name and handle inspections for you rather than leaving that to the homeowner.

We come out to the property, look at the space, and talk through what you are trying to achieve and what you want to spend. You get a detailed written quote from that visit. There is no charge for it and no obligation to book the work.

We also handle water damage and mold restoration, and commercial remodeling and painting for local businesses.

Yes. We offer remodel financing so a larger project can be paid down over time instead of up front. Ask about it at the consultation and we will go through the options alongside the quote so you can see the whole picture before deciding.

The quote is itemised before anything starts, so you can see where the money is going. Nothing outside that scope gets ordered or built without being priced and approved in writing first. On older Tampa Bay homes we also recommend holding a contingency, because what is behind the wall is not always what you expect.
