Elite Builder Renovation is a licensed and insured general contractor working across the heart of Tampa Bay, with more than ten years behind the tools.
We took on the trades most contractors hand off, so that a kitchen, a roof, a stucco repair and a full gut renovation all run through the same crew and the same schedule. That is the whole reason homeowners here stop chasing four different numbers for one job.
Licence CGC1537676 means we pull permits in our own name and carry the inspections ourselves. You get a written scope, a price that does not move unless you agree to move it, and a finish we are willing to put our name on.

Yes. Elite Builder Renovation is a State of Florida Certified General Contractor, licence number CGC1537676, and we carry insurance on every project. That licence is what lets us pull permits in our own name and handle inspections for you rather than leaving that to the homeowner.
We come out to the property, look at the space, and talk through what you are trying to achieve and what you want to spend. You get a detailed written quote from that visit. There is no charge for it and no obligation to book the work.
Kitchens, bathrooms and full home remodels are the bulk of what we do, alongside flooring, roofing, stucco repair, interior and exterior painting, fireplaces, outdoor kitchens and ADU construction. We also handle water damage and mold restoration, and commercial remodeling and painting for local businesses.
Yes. We offer remodel financing so a larger project can be paid down over time instead of up front. Ask about it at the consultation and we will go through the options alongside the quote so you can see the whole picture before deciding.
The quote is itemised before anything starts, so you can see where the money is going. Nothing outside that scope gets ordered or built without being priced and approved in writing first. On older Tampa Bay homes we also recommend holding a contingency, because what is behind the wall is not always what you expect.
