A full commercial renovation of a waterfront restaurant, taken from bare shell through to a room ready to serve.
The room was taken back to the studs so the layout could be reworked rather than decorated around. New plumbing and circuits went in under permit before any cabinetry arrived, which is the only order that avoids cutting into finished work later.
Custom cabinetry was measured to the walls as built rather than to the drawing, counters and backsplash were set out together so the lines meet where they should, and under-cabinet lighting and appliance connections were run as part of the same first fix.
